고려대학교 행정학과

본교의 공식적인 2024학년도 2학기 학적변동 기간은 2024년 8월 1일 ~ 8월 26일이나, 그 이전에 비자 발급을 하는 외국인 및 7월에 군입대 하는 학생의 번거로움을 개선하기 위해 2020년 2학기부터 포털에서 미리 휴,복학을 신청할 수 있도록 변경하였습니다. 외국인과 2024년 7월에 군입대를 하는 학생은 아래 기간에 학적변동 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청 일자 : 2024년 6월 24일(월) 10시 ~ 8월 1일(목) 9시 59분까지

 - 위 기간은 외국인과 1월 군입대하는 학생만 신청 가능하며, 8월 1일 10시 ~ 8월  26일 17시(예정)에는 모든 학생(외국인 학생 포함)이 학적변동 신청 가능합니다.

2. 신청 방법 : 포탈/학적졸업/학적사항/휴․복학 신청 

3. 첨부 서류

   가. 외국인 학생 : 여권 사본

   나. 7월 군입대 하는 학생 : 입영통지서

4. 휴․복학 변동사항 학적반영일은 3.1일 / 9.1일임

International students and students to be enlisted in the military in July 2024 who wants to take leave of

absence or reinstatement for 2024 Fall Semester should apply for it during the following period.

1. Application Period : Monday, June 24, 2024, 10:00 to Thursday, August 1, 2024, 9:59

 - Only International students and students to be enlisted in the military in July can apply

   during the above period, and all students (including International students) also can apply

   for it from August 1 10:00 to August 26 17:00.

2. How to Apply : Portal > Registration/Graduation > University Registration > Absence/Return Application

3. Required Documents

   A. International students : Passport copy

   B. Students to be enlisted in the military in July : 입영통지서

  ※ For International students, please note that GSC will give you the detailed guidelines via E-mail.

4. Status change for leave of absence or reinstatement will be applied from March 1s t/ September 1st.
